On Your Wedding Day

Weeks before, let's really prepare so you can feel confident that I'll be capturing the essence of your day. We'll craft the perfect game plan as we chat by phone and email and, if applicable, connect directly with the rest of your photography and videography team to make sure everything is captured in every format you;ve invested your hard-earned money into.
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive to tell your entire story, and properly sync up with the entire creative team. I'll step in when a moment deserves to be captured on film, through the perfect combination of tangible details and candid moments with the people that matter most.
Throughout your day, I’ll be weaving in and out to make sure I catch every precious moment, including moments that went unseen. Laughs during cocktail hour, that quick kiss at the dinner table, heartfelt hugs & more. All the moments that make your heart flutter. Then, when there's a natural end, take your film-focused moments home,safely in tow.
With direct access to professional labs and mixing centers, I'll be able to personally deliver all film rolls, and ensure that they are properly processed and returned back. I'll directly quality check every image, and afterwards directly deliver your digital scans via a digital gallery, with prints available.

Because this has been a big passion of mine, I've been able to build partnerships with professional labs and film stores to properly handle your beautiful film negatives.
Your moments on film will be carefully tended to, with expert scanning, development and processing to be beautifully created into stunning digital mementos.
If you've hired a digital photography team, you can expect your film images to be delivered to you between their digital image sneak peek release, and their full gallery delivery. How cool is that? You'll be consistently showered with all of your favorite memories from your wedding day after it's all said and done.

1. can we book you a few weeks away from our wedding day? what if we already booked a digital photographer/ team?
Short answer- as long as I am available, then 1,000% yes! All you have to do is send me your digital photographer's information, and I can get connected to learn about their timeline for your wedding day, and how we can work best together to capture what you want most. Let's make it happen!
Let's have you first submit an official inquiry, through my website's contact page, or scroll below for my inquiry form. To book me in for your wedding date/ weekend, I require a signed contract, with a minimum of 30% the package cost, via a retainer payment. Additionally, I have several payment plan options that can suit your personal preferences and needs. For more information, please reach out directly, and I can set up a payment plan for you.
Film photography, simply put, is a different medium from what's considered more traditional photography today. This type of photography requires rolls of tangible film put into a camera for capture. The results in imagery is more rich, nostalgic, and involves a physical, chemical process in order to bring images to life. It's most popular for couples who want a dated look, with grain, complex colors, and some imperfections that make for truly unique photos.
On the day itself, my approach will be more hands-off, except for moments when you'd like me to step in and take direction for something posed- otherwise, I will be following suit with your digital photographer. My captures will be slower and more intentional, resulting in key images being produced to capture the essence of your day versus hundreds of photos from every aspect of your day. Film is a huge process in and of itself- which is why I take care of everything for you! No stress trying to find a reputable film store, or bring the rolls in after your wedding day yourself. Not only do I provide my own film equipment, but I'll. determine the best number of rolls for the story you want told, and take care of scanning, development & film processing after the big day.

Please know that for booking, I take a specific number of weddings each year to ensure each couple of mine feels properly tended to, with the best touchpoints.
